Drumroll Please..... for Recipes!
Jun 27, 2017

For a while now, we've been trying to think of what we could do to share a bit more about our day-to-day lives. Since we work most of the time, it's normally pretty average, but one thing tends to spice up our evenings: cooking. Because of this, we've decided to create a whole new section of our blog dedicated to creating delicious dishes in under 300 square feet.

Find Your "Normal": A Tip to Living Full-Time in an RV
Sep 8, 2016

So it's pretty fair to say that there isn't a whole lot of normal when it comes to living in an RV full-time.  In fact, nearly every aspect of your life will change somehow once you begin living in a house on wheels with only a few hundred square feet.

Our Dance with the Dutch Oven: Southwest Chicken & Quinoa Bowls
Aug 23, 2016

Just like living life in an RV, cooking in an RV is meant to go with the flow. Minimal storage means less ingredients and more creativity, so I thought it would be fun to share what we're doing to keep eating healthy on the road... for the most part (there may or may not be three boxes of Oreos in our cupboards right now). Sometimes we clean up nice 😘❤️🍾 #tbt to foggy coastal mornings and deep thoughts with this guy 🖤 Anyone else ever look back at photos and just think “Wow, this was real life, wasn’t it?” 🤤💖 2018 is bringing about some changes for the NNRV. We will no longer be Cori & Andy... we’ll be Mr. & Mrs.! After almost two years of living in 200sq ft 24/7, I think it’s safe to say this will be a smooth transition 💍🚐🍾 🎶 Lean on me, when you’re not strong, and I’ll be your friend, I’ll help you carry on 🎶 We spent this years Thanksgiving in Southern California, a big change from our snowy memories of last year and chilly NY autumns. It was beautiful, but I must admit, I’m super excited to head home for a white Christmas ❄️☃️ It may seem like this would be the perfect moment to contemplate life, but in reality we’re just trying to remember the damn names of everything we’re looking at. We were lucky enough to have an almost smog-free view of the Coachella Valley and San Andreas Fault. Apparently, on bad days, Mount San Jacinto is impossible to see. That feeling when you get the top of the mountain to yourself 🙌🙌🙌 HIYA FOLKS 👋🏼👋🏼 We know we’ve been a bit MIA lately- between Thanksgiving, lots of work, and a death in the family it’s been a whirlwind of a month. So I guess this pic from Sequoia NP classifies as a #tbt, since it was already almost a month ago... 😳😳
